Riviere Residences, Applecross

Sun Solutions was appointed as the preferred supplier of window coverings for the prestigious Riviere Residences apartment development by Edge Visionary Living and PACT Construction. We supplied and installed a mix of Australian-made, commercial-grade products across common areas, display suites and apartments. These included single and dual blockout roller blinds, single and dual sunscreen roller blinds, sheer curtains, blockout curtains, motorised roller blinds and curtains, and layered combinations such as sunscreen blinds with blockout curtains. The result – high-performance solutions tailored to meet the architectural standards and lifestyle expectations of one of Perth’s landmark residential projects. Sun Solutions was delighted to partner with Edge Living, the developer, and both BGC Construction and PACT Construction, the builders, of this award-winning apartment project in Floreat, Western Australia. We installed a combination of manual and motorised single and dual roller blinds and a mix of sheer and blockout curtains throughout the development, including to the luxurious penthouses on the top levels and the spectacular common areas including the gym, library and theatre room.

Sun Solutions worked with Gary Dempsey Developments, the developer, and Dempsey Construction, the builder, on this extensive project. We installed a combination of manual and motorised single and dual roller blinds and a variety of soft shades including pirouettes, duettes and silouettes over the five premium residential buildings that make up the resort-style complex.. We also installed awnings for the complex’s commercial cafe space.
